rooms are too small. It is not a complain , but a point of view.

We had a fantastic stay here. Paulina was so friendly and the whole place was really warm and welcoming. We stayed here on two different occasions and had really comfy rooms both times. A great breakfast too and just a 5 minute walk to the main part of town. Top place.

Rustic feel, great cakes in reception

They tried to charge us more than the price quoted on Booked.net. When we queried why this was the hotel quickly reverted to the Booked.net price.

The hotel is so beautiful.., Thanks you very much for to all the people that I knew in Puerto Natales.. I want to come back as soon as possible.

The place had lots of character. Many fireplaces to sit around and enjoy the day/night. The staff was very helpful and they cleaned the rooms everyday.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Even not knowing spanish very well, the staff was very capable in understanding english.

Staff = super friendly and went out of their way to help out. Hostel was very cute, very comfortable and had a great breakfast and cafe.

Clean and comfortable with a trendy feel to the place. There were a couple of nice areas to sit and chill out in. Good breakfast.

Staff could possibly be a bit more forthcoming with help and advice. However, overall we felt that this was good value for money.
